8:30 and 11AM worship services and Sunday School at 9:45

We serve communion every Sunday at the 8:30 service and on the first Sunday of the month at at the 11:00 service. Sunday school for all ages begins at 9:45. Nursery is available during both services and Sunday School.

It's that time of year again ladies and gentleman.

What is Pilgrimage? Only an amazing time of fellowship for a gathering of 5000+ youth from across the state. The event provides youth an opportunity for spiritual growth while having a fun time as they do it.

WHEN: Friday, November 8th - Sunday, November 10th

WHERE: Crown Coliseum in Fayetteville

TRANSPORT: Though the event will take place in Fayetteville we will be driving to and from Crown Coliseum each day as opposed to paying for everyone to stay in a hotel.

Registration closes October 11th. Sign up in the Narthex if you wish to attend this Youth Event!
Please see Matthew Peele for more details. Download the Pansy Order Form at our Online Library.

Please plan on joining us on Sunday, October 27 at 5:00 pm for Trunk or Treat and a movie. We hope you will come and decorate your trunk and share a treat with the children. Set up for the trunks will begin at 4:30 pm. All children and youth are invited to attend and wear your Halloween Costume. We will be serving hot dogs, chips and other refreshments. Afterwards stay and enjoy the Disney movie "CoCo" with us.

2019 Flower Calendar
The Flower Calendar will be posted in the Narthex near the end of December for anyone that would like to provide flowers for the Sanctuary during 2019. This is a wonderful opportunity to recognize those who are important to you or to offer a memorial to those who are no longer with us. Remember to put your name on the Flower Calendar, fill out the order form and return it to the office with your payment at least one week prior to the date you sign up for. Thank you to those members of the congregation that provided us with the lovely flowers for the Sanctuary during 2018.

Church Offering Counter Needed

West End United Methodist Church has a team of six people who share the responsibility of counting the Church offering on Sundays. One of our counters is retiring and we are seeking a replacement to start in February. The job includes counting and totaling cash and checks and entering the amounts into a spreadsheet. Really very easy. Two people work together and it takes only about an hour. The volunteer will work every third month. If you would like to assist our church with this ministry, please contact Judy Seldomridge at 910-690-3331.
